My sister and I booked this tour through our accommodation the day before. We were picked up from in front of our hotel and there was plenty of cold water bottles for us during the day. The shuttle had air conditioning and Sarah our guide spoke English. She explained the timings and main attractions, shared facts and answered questions we had. Our group had a mix of two families and two sisters and she was about to accommodate both. Our group was slower with young but she didn’t rush us and extended our time at each attraction. Different dietary requirements like no pork and vegetarians were catered for and overall, it was such a seamless day. Make sure to bring some cash for renting locks or bring your own lock and for snacks/ice cream on the road. Would highly recommend this tour and this tour group. They take plenty of pictures for you too!

Amazing trip! Went to the botanical gardens and paradise cave first which was very interesting before going to Dark Cave! Ha was a brilliant guide who was very knowledgeable about the caves and the local area. Ha gave us detailed instructions about everything we were going to do. The ziplining was brilliant followed by going into dark cave and getting very muddy. After leaving the cave we had a lot of fun in the water. Everything ran smoothly and fun was had by all. Would highly recommend this tour and Ha as a guide.

An amazing tour with fabulous guides: Hannah and Sarah were so knowledgeable, organised, keen to help- they really impressed my family. Plus the sights and sites they take you to are excellent. Go to Phong Nha, take this tour!

The trip was so much fun! A whole day packed full of adventure! The caves are honestly a must see. We came all the way to Phong Nha for them and it was so worth it. The food at the Dark Cave was amazing too by the way. Also, if you get a chance, take the offer to go to the duck farm at the end! Finally, a special shout out to our wonderful tour guide Ha, she was really great at explaining the history of the place and made the trip lots of fun.

One of the few water caves in Vietnam, this was a memorable trip for our group. We got to wade, swim, climb, and listen to the ethnic people sing and tell stories.
