100% Refund: If the customer cancels the service 2 days before the tour departure date.
50% Refund: If the customer cancels the service 24 hours before the tour departure date.
No Refund: If the customer cancels the service within 24 hours of the tour departure date.
Customers can change their service selection: If the customer submits a change request 2 days before the tour departure date, subject to the availability of the tour
POLICIES FOR ALL TOURS
Request Method: Cancellation and service change requests will only be accepted via email or message sent to Green Adventure Tours’ contact address.
Cancellation Due to Weather: In the specific case of tour cancellation due to weather conditions, Green Adventure Tours will notify customers as soon as possible and offer the following alternative options:
Green Adventure Tours may change the departure date at no additional cost.
Green Adventure Tours may offer an alternative tour not affected by the weather conditions. Customers will receive a refund for the price difference if the alternative tour is cheaper, or will be required to pay the price difference if the alternative tour is more expensive than the original booking.
Green Adventure Tours will provide a 100% refund of the tour price if the customer does not agree to the above options.
